Account and Registration

Accounts and reservations are personal and may not be transferred without prior written consent from CalmNowCare.

User Conduct

User Content

Content submitted by users (comments, reviews, or photos) may be used in communications and promotional materials only with appropriate permissions. Submissions should be accurate and respectful.

Users retain ownership of their content but grant CalmNowCare a license to use, reproduce, and display content in connection with services and website operations.

By submitting content, you grant CalmNowCare a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for the purposes described in these Terms.
